If your brand stopped working tomorrow,
would you know why?

A quick intro

I'm Fatima. Casablanca-based,
working wherever exceptional brands are built.

Five years in, I still believe a great brand is just a clear idea told well, and I'm in the business of making that clarity feel inevitable.

Glad you're here, really.

The artist behind the strategy.

I'm Fatem. Marketer by training, artist by nature. The two don't cancel each other out, they're actually why I'm good at what I do.

My background bridges two worlds I used to think were opposites, the analytical and the creative. I started in market research, then moved into brand work because I kept watching companies with strong products fall flat with weak stories.

If this life hadn't found me, I'd be running a small restaurant somewhere between Taghazout and Sicily, serving food that actually means something. In this one, I'm trying to build things that matter, with the same attention and intention I try to bring to everything I touch. Same instinct, different kitchen.

Outside of work, I'm usually behind a camera, drinking too much coffee, and adding to a small visual diary that has nothing to do with clients.

What I don't compromise on. 06 principles

A short list
of how I work.

Hover any card to see how this plays out in practice, what I actually do, day to day.

01
Clarity over cleverness.

I'd rather your positioning be obvious to your customers than impressive to other strategists.

Clarity over cleverness.

In practice, that means I push back on jargon, yours and mine.

  • A 9-year-old should grasp the positioning.
  • If a tagline needs explaining, it isn't the tagline.
  • Cut adjectives until only verbs remain.
  • Show, then say it once.
02
Strategy is decisions.

Not a 60-slide deck. Just a clear set of choices: what you'll do, what you won't, and why.

Strategy is decisions.

The smallest artifact that drives the right behavior wins.

  • Half a page beats 30 slides.
  • Every "yes" needs a "no" next to it.
  • Frameworks serve choices, not the other way around.
  • If everyone agrees, the brief is too vague.
03
Honest over polite.

If something isn't working, I'll say so. My job is to help you build something that works.

Honest over polite.

Diplomacy is fine. Flattery is expensive.

  • First call: I'll tell you what's broken.
  • Mid-project: I'll surface what isn't moving.
  • End: I'll write what I'd do differently.
  • Always: I'd rather lose the brief than fake the answer.
04
Story is leverage.

Brands that can tell their story plainly attract better customers, talent, and partners.

Story is leverage.

Story isn't decoration. It's the multiplier on every other investment.

  • Every founder gets a one-sentence pitch they can defend.
  • The team can repeat it without a slide.
  • It survives translation across markets.
  • It bends, it doesn't break, at scale.
05
Respect the product.

Marketing can't fix a weak product. I'll always push to fix the experience first.

Respect the product.

Before crafting the message, I look at what your customers actually feel.

  • Product walk-through, end to end, week one.
  • Mystery shopping the customer journey.
  • Talking to people who left.
  • Naming the gaps before the campaign.
06
Ship to learn.

A strategy that lives in a doc isn't a strategy. Real learning happens in the market.

Ship to learn.

Small, testable bets always beat one big perfect launch.

  • First test in market within 4 weeks.
  • Three small bets > one big idea.
  • Kill what doesn't work, fast.
  • Real metrics > vanity metrics, always.
